This morning, we started the day off with a Board of Education meeting!

They are off to Indianapolis! Wishing our BCC HOSA members and instructors the very best as they compete at the HOSA International Leadership Conference this week. We're cheering you on every step of the way! #BuckeyeProud!

Another summer project that is underway at BCC is a roof replacement! This project began before the completion of school and will continue throughout the summer! #BuckeyeProud!

We've shared photos of our School-to-Work program participants throughout the year but today, as part of our impact update, we are sharing some numbers! We had 193 students out to work this school year. They worked a total of 127,000 hours and earned a total of $2.3 million dollars! #BuckeyeProud!

As we continue to review the impact BCC has on our community, we highlight the students who earned industry-recognized credentials! For the class of 2026, 93.8% of students earned 12 industry-recognized credential points, while nearly half of the class of 2027 also achieved 12 points within their first year at BCC!

You might be wondering why these credentials are so important? They provide proof that students have mastered specific skills, making them more employable. They also help increase earning potential and make our students career ready!
