Job of the day: Hennis Care Centre of Dover is now hiring a Licensed Cosmetologist for a flexible full-time or part-time position. This family-owned facility is seeking a licensed stylist to provide hair care services for residents, staff, and the public, including cuts, styles, color, perms, and manicures. This role offers weekday hours with flexibility and no required evenings or weekends, along with all products and supplies provided.
Full-time employees working 32+ hours are eligible for benefits, including health and life insurance and paid time off. Candidates must hold a current cosmetology license, a managerial license, and have the ability to work compassionately with an older population, as well as pass a background check and drug screen.

We had a special visit from 2024 HVAC-R alumnus, Bryer Resh, who has since joined the U.S. Air Force! Bryer is home on leave before heading to Arizonia! He and our local Air Force recruiter visited with students at lunch today about opportunities within the Air Force. #BuckeyeProud!

Last evening, we celebrated the 27 seniors who received this year's Buckeye Career Center Foundation scholarship! Each student gained $2,500 to use towards furthering his/her education or for tools for their trade. It was a wonderful evening of celebration and smiles as each student was joined by BCC staff, family members, foundation members, partner school represenatives, and more!
