• Safely operate a wide range of hand, power, and air tools

• Build a residential home from the ground up for public sale

Construction Technology students must be able to:

• Handle getting dirty and working in a dusty environment

• Comprehend and use measuring devices 

• Work in all types of weather

• Have good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to use hand and power tools

• Be a team player - communicate well with customers, managers, and fellow workers

• Work with stains, paints/chemicals
