    Job Duties
    Follow current, written plan of care as established by supervisor and/or Care Coordination.
    Cleans house, including sweeping, dusting, etc. of personal living areas.
    Buys groceries and other required items. On occasion, picks up prescriptions.
    Plans and prepares meals, assists with personal care such as bathing, grooming, feeding, ambulating, transfers, exercise, oral hygiene and skin care.
    Does light laundry and mends clothing. Encourages a patient/client to help themselves insofar as possible.
    Provides companionship and emotional support.
    Performs related work as required.
    Accepts additional responsibilities as deemed appropriate by the supervisor.
    Completes timely and accurate documentation including Homemaker time card and clinical note.
    Upon hire, must complete timely and accurate documentation of 8 hours of continuing in-service education each year, thereafter.
    Reports to Scheduling Supervisor any unusual observations or changes in client's habits, health or status. May provide transportation on occasion.
    Demonstrates personal and interpersonal qualities that support the Values for West Homes Agency.


    Requirements

    • One year experience as a homemaker or personal care attendant through a home care agency, hospital, nursing facility or rehabilitation center Or experience in managing a home or family.

    • Licensure/Certification: Current CPR and first aide certification.

    Maintenance Electrician, Columbus OHIO, 2nd Shift
    Troubleshoot equipment, performs normal maintenance, repairs and installation of electrical distribution systems and components in Building and Data Center systems and equipment. Supports the operation of the Facilities Emergency Management Systems, Fire System and provides support for all trades, such as HVAC, plumbing, roofing, general construction, grounds, irrigation and snow removal. Participates in an on call program, responds to emergency call during and after hours and works overtime for snow removal and other building related needs.

    *This is a second shift 3:00PM-11:30 PM position with the ability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays

    Major Areas of Responsibility
    Perform routine maintenance and repair of motors, lighting and electrical power systems for the Facility and Data Center
    Ability to work alongside, supervise and communicate professionally with contractors, so that building standards are maintained.

Must know basic current National Electrical Code and NFPA 70E Standards. Knowledge of industrial controls, Ethernet systems, PLCs and high voltage experience. Successful candidates must pass reading comprehension, measurement, and mathematics tests administered by Aleris. Successful electrician candidates must also pass an electrical maintenance skills test.
    • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
    • Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
