    Job Details

    The Budget is currently seeking a graphics-oriented individual to join the production department. You will need to do the ordinary (i.e. typesetting) as well as the extraordinary (i.e. advertising layout/design).


    Requirements

    • Ability to type minimum of 60 wpm;
    • Graphic design experience, or knowledge using QuarkXPress, Photoshop and Adobe Professional products;
    • Multi-tasker & ability to learn on the fly;
    • Can take instruction but take charge if needed.

    Job Details

    Koch Knight LLC, based in East Canton, Ohio, is a global leader in the manufacture and supply of ceramic mass transfer media for the Chemical Industry and heat transfer media for Environmental Industry. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining plant production machinery, supporting equipment, building and other systems throughout the plant to maintain optimum operating conditions and plant production. The candidate will also assist with related upgrades, improvements and assigned projects as required.


    Requirements

    • Required Work Experience, Skills & Education:
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Experience in mechanical maintenance, repair and rebuild (including pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, power transmission & lubrication)
    • Experience with electrical equipment (including troubleshooting & modify programmable logic controllers (PLC's), A/C, D/C motors and drives & schematics)
    • Experience with industrial equipment
    • Understands, adheres to and reinforces EHS policies and directives
    • Understanding of NFPA 70E
    • Experience with performing all required PM checklist duties
    • Capable to obtain forklift certification
    • Basic computer skills (MS Outlook, MS Excel & MS Word)
    • Ability and desire to learn
    • Preferred Work Experience and Skills
    • 5+ years of combined experience in Mechanical Maintenance and Electrical Maintenance
    • Physical Demands - Unusual Working Conditions (With or Without reasonable accommodation)
    • Must be willing and able to squat, bend and lift up to 50lbs
    • Must be willing and able to stand and work up to a 10-hour day in a non-climate controlled facility
    • Must be able to work in angled positions including above head and on the ground
    • Must be able to wear PPE, including fall protection harness, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat and steel toe work shoes
    • Must be willing to work flexible hours and/or weekends when necessary.
