    A Rail Car Repairman fixes all aspects of a freight rail car including patching holes in sidewalls, changing brake shoes, changing knuckles, raising couplers, replacing brake wheels, replacing brake beams, reflectoring rail cars, repairing and fabricating rail car ladders, lubricating rail car doors, and remarking and restenciling rail cars.     Job Description: The primary function of the Analyst is to evaluate the current and future financial position of Hudec Dental. The Analyst is responsible for formulating and interpreting a comprehensive representation of the practice beginning from an individual provider standpoint through the entirety of all the offices.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    The following is a list of responsibilities associated with the Financial Analyst, but is not exhaustive nor a complete, comprehensive list of the duties required and expected of the Financial Analyst; additional duties may be assigned as needed.
    •Analyze and process all reporting functions for an overall understanding of the performance of all Hudec Dental entities
    •Generate daily, weekly and monthly financial reports, including but not limited to: production, revenue, rankings, accounts receivable, conversion, practice profile, special reporting, PPV, etc.
    •Perform statistical analysis of active patient base, return ratio, treatment acceptance rates, competitor comparison, etc.
    •Breakdown each report to understand changes from previous timeframes, identify trends and recommend necessary movement for continuous positive growth
    •Develop and analyze process of write offs and adjustments
    •Understand the operations of each office thoroughly through the makeup of the patient base, new patient ratio, etc.
    •Produce reports in a timely fashion with deadlines in mind
    •Develop and determine the most efficient means to operate an office (hours of operation, staffing, software, etc.)
    •Prepare a monthly, quarterly and annual portfolio of reports for each provider and each office, summarizing actual production vs. established goals, highlighting the variance and proposing recommendations
    •Customize reports for Cooperative Dental Lab for continued financial success
    •Evaluate insurance plans and sort plans into sensible categories
    •Assist with trouble shooting equipment such as computer, phone, voicemail, fax, copier, email, backups, etc.
    •Keep inventory of technology equipment and detailed list of users and passwords
    •Assist offices with miscellaneous requests pertaining to Dental software and develop any standard reports needed

    Requirements

    • Qualifications:
    • Education: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business related field
    • Experience: 2-5 years of prior experience with business accounting
    • Must have strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite
    • Must have a high level of accuracy in data entry
    • Must be able to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively in the English language.
