    Job Description: The primary function of the Patient Care and Support Center Representative is to assist new and existing patients with their dental needs, schedule appointments and address patient questions and concerns.


    Requirements

    • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Answer high volume of inbound calls
    • Schedule appointments for new and existing patients
    • Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information
    • Answers questions/concerns by verifying requested information
    • Resolve problems in a timely manner by clarifying issues; research and explore answers and alternative solutions; implement solutions; escalate unresolved problems to Team Lead/Manager
    • Provide office information (address, location, directions, etc)
    • Inform and educate patients on current promotions and programs (Share a Smile, Vivid, Specialties)
    • Communicate with office teams concerning schedule changes
    • Complete patient correspondence as required/needed
    • Document all necessary call information according to Hudec Dental policy
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Skills:
    • Courteous with strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills including effective listening and problem solving skills, superior time management and prioritization skills, ability to effectively communicate with all team members as well as all levels of management, ability to work in a positive, fast-paced environment
    • Qualifications:
    • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

    Responsible for the procurement and safekeeping of parts and supplies for the maintenance facility and, in some cases, any adjacent plants. Manage large inventory and perform quarterly inventory counts. In some cases the Equipment Support Purchaser (ESP) may be required to perform the role of the Maintenance Coordinating Assistant (MCA) for their facility or region. This position includes working as a liaison between field personnel and shop leadership to assist in required maintenance. This position is responsible for collecting, recording, organizing and providing all information to shop leadership who will decide how to manage the repairs or maintenance. This is an hourly, non exempt position that will work under both direct and indirect supervision


    Requirements

    • Qualifications:
    • Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills with solid organizational and time management skills.
    • Must be familiar with on road vehicles and construction equipment.
    • High School graduate or equivalent.
    • Prefer degree or certification in logistics or equipment maintenance from an accredited vocational or technical school.
    • Previous experience working with computers is required.
    • Previous office experience is required.
    • Previous purchasing experience is preferred.
    • Experience in logistics / dispatching, equipment maintenance a plus.
    • Successfully manage a variety of tasks simultaneously.
    • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
    • Ability to bend, stoop and kneel to perform filing.
    • Ability to climb up and down ladders to access inventory parts.

  • L.J. Smith - CNC Router Operator

    Job Details

    The CNC Router Operator's job is to process pieces of mill-cut lumber and glued-up blanks using a CNC router into complex geometrically shaped rails and fittings that are sent to our customers. The Operator inspects the blanks to make certain they meet color and size requirements before starting the machining process. The Operator sets-up the machine with the various tooling, jigs and fixtures required to produce the products. The other tasks that will need to be done on a daily basis include making running adjustments, inspection of the finished product for quality, and keeping the area clean and safe.


    Requirements

    • Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following abilities:
    • Able to insure that the correct blanks and program are being used for the order being ran including the proper identification of wood species
    • Perform accurate and timely quality control inspections
    • Accurate and timely preparation of daily production reports
    • Perform necessary adjustments and minor maintenance on the equipment
    • Proven ability to read blueprints, operate measuring tools like tape measure and calipers
    • Maintain the proper inventory of equipment parts
    • Insure that daily production quotes and standards are met
    • Keep working area in a clean and orderly condition
    • Maintain a safe operating and work environment
    • Continuously stand and bend, understand and carryout written and oral instructions
    • Able to lift, carry, push and pull wood blanks weighing between 2 to 50 pounds on a frequency of up to 2 times per hour
    • Attention to detail and setting work priorities
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
