    GROCERY STORE MEAT DEPARTMENT MANAGER – Iron River and Menominee, MI
    We have two openings for individuals with strong leadership skills, merchandising ability and "can do" attitude to lead the meat department operations at our Iron River and Menominee, MI Grocery stores. This position manages meat cutters and meat clerks.

    Managing the overall efficient and profitable operation of the store's meat department will require skills that will……..

    Merchandising
    Receiving and processing freight
    Manage payroll budget

    Ideal Candidate……
    Must have a strong relationship building and customer service skills a must.
    Retail/wholesale experience a plus.
    Strong detail orientation and communication skills essential.
    Proficiency with computer systems and applications (especially Word, Excel, Basic Access).
    Proven ability to take direction from multiple sources.
